Attorney Roberta Brooks only works as a criminal defense attorney; she doesn't dabble in criminal law. Her background is steeped in law enforcement. After serving in the United States Navy, she became a Police Officer. Later she graduated magna cum laude from San Francisco State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. With a desire to practice law, she enrolled and graduated from the University of Pacific, McGeorge Law School. Her legal practice has been focused on criminal law since obtaining her attorney's license.
As a member of the California Public Defenders Association, the Criminal Law Section of Contra Costa County Bar, and a member of Women Defenders, Roberta Brooks understands what it means to provide aggressive representation to the accused.
